One of the smartest judges on the bench. Knows the laws and very attentively listens and considers both sides but does apply the law. Extremely accommodating. Reads the file. Be one time because he is prompt.

Judge Singley was in charge of my domestic violence case for over 4 years where he turned a blind eye to continued abuse including child molestation allegations. I was informed that he worked in tandem with several other officials to intentionally keep my children & I stuck in the system & said I was “dramatic” for trying to defend my kids & our constitutional rights. He violated many laws including family section 3044 & teamed up with CPS & a court mediator & all committed perjury on record & I have proof. Was told that he was apart of some sort of RICO crime that involved attacks on my kids & I from the entire community. I have filed several complaints with multiple federal agencies & the joint commission & am waiting for our final justice. He has been removed from our case & we were assigned a new judge, Rodrigo who appeared to be in cahoots & has illegally drawn out the renewal of a domestic violence restraining order 4 months now & is forcing our child to testify against her father claiming her abuser has the right to cross examine her. All this with her being 14 & the right to choose violating family section 3042 & also 3044. It appears to be some sort of “illegal” legalized trafficking ring seeing they refuse to uphold & enforce basic laws & thereby protect us. I’ve filed many complaints & am waiting to hear back & hopeful the trial will be cancelled on 11/7/23 because no child should have to testify against their own parent especially on sexual abuse allegations in a room full of men. We don’t & never have consented to any of it,
