~ If you get this judge for a family law case you are screwed. He does not seem to grasp what a magistrate should do (make decisions) in family law situations. He does not care about discovery not being fully complete. nor the fact that one party makes tremendously more than the other party. As my attorney put it, this judge put us in divorce purgatory.

The lawyer for the other side (baity, from denver) in my case and laman new each other. when baity would consistently miss court dates either in person or webex, the two of them made jokes about it in of me in open court at then court… as if to say that it ment absolutely nothing to them that they wasted everyone’s time and money and effort. i was disgusted with the way the whole court process went. the civil system is more screwed up than the criminal justice system. At least in the criminal system they give you a lawyer if you can’t afford one. in the civil court system you just get fucked when you can not afford a lawyer. I also did not appreciate how the judge could sit there and let a lawyer claim that he cares more about my children and their health and safety more than I, their Father. in the end, the judge granted, full custody of my children to the convicted child abusing mother.
