Pray you are not in his court. This Judge is rogue, does not follow protocol and is the most biased judge in court. His courtroom is partial to one side, he is biased and uses his authority to disallow for a fair trial. Beware.

Judge Fahlgren is a shame to Nassau County. He should be removed. He is biased, disregards the judicial code of ethics, and denies litigants the opportunity to present their case. [Redacted by Ed.] – He fails to uphold the standards and responsibilities of judicial conduct. He is biased and partial - indicating a lack of neutrality and fairness in decision-making. Incompetent – Goes against any code of ethics and does not follow protocol. Abusive of judicial power – He does not allow litigants to even present their case (not even allowing their attorney to put them on the stand to defend their position, he misuses his authority to control or manipulate proceedings unfairly. He is Unjust – reflecting a failure to administer justice in an impartial and equitable manner. He is an Authoritarian – for making decisions without fair procedure or legal justification. Will not listen or allow both sides to present their case. It is clear to all and outsiders that he has a biased agenda against one side.

Fahlgren is slipping, distracted and not following protocol. He needs to step back and follow the law, refresh his memory on Florida Statutes, maybe refer to the Judicial Benchbook Guidelines published annually. He is going back to Nassau County,January 2024, to wreak more havoc over there. He was a good judge, those days are behind him.

Unjust and biased.Dismissive and seemingly discriminatory towards women. I got an injunction against an ex. The judge decided to grant him unsupervised timeshare of our child thought he was incarcerated and admitted to a years long drug problem. Though the respondent has missed several of our court dates (the he is required to attend) the judge has not put out a writ for his arrest. I'm having to wait over a month for an "emergency" timeshare modification even though I don't know if my child if safe every other weekend.

I agree with these rest of the folks commenting. He is completely BIASED. He is now the judge in the DV(Domestic Violence) Dept. I have requested an injunction out on another female who has been stalking me and who has harassed me numerous of times since 2019-current. She attacked me outside of a business and she did not DENY it in court. She had no reason to attack me, but she did, and I was pregnant at the time. I have been receiving text messages from the respondent recently off another number. The Judge ABSOLOUTELY NOTHING even after she admitted to attacking me. He said he could not identify that the messages were coming from her being that the number was not her original number. For Him, it "could have been anyone". He dismissed my case without prejudice. All he did was ask the respondent if she has intentions on coming to place, near me, or job. Of course, she answered no. Judges like these need to be taken out. He is putting my life and my child's life in jeopardy. Someone is literally ADMITTING THAT SHE ATTACKED ME WHILE PREGANT WITH NO REASON IS LIVING HER LIFE WITH NO CONSEQUENCES AND HE IS JUST PUTTING ME AT RISK OF HER DOING IT ALL OVER AGAIN. I lost my child because of her and all he said was "sorry for your miscarriage".. like? Im sorry if you have him as the Judge! Good luck.

BIASED! Would not let the "Respondent" actually...respond! Would not let respondent present witnesses; very berating in the courtroom. Allows other witnesses to lie and ramble on about anything that is non-relevant. Extremely biased!

Judge gave no consideration of prior judge opinion or plans to return child back to me after proving lies told to get my daughter taken. This judge was literally in my ex husbands back pocket. Would not allow me to present my evidence on most things. Now my daughter is in an abusive situation. Would not grant change of venue when neither of us live in his county.
