This rating is based upon my personal observations of this judge in multiple proceedings, as well as his handling of a complex case in which I represented a party (which proceeded to a jury verdict and post-trial motions).

The judge has a reputation as being employer-friendly in discrimination cases. In my case, he did not consider my side of the case at all in granting summary judgment to the employer. I will of course appeal his decision, but the judge is costing me additional attorney's fees.
