Sunil R. Kulkarni

Judge Sunil R. Kulkarni did not review, read my case prior the trial. He simply granted the defense lawyer without a good base, allowed my civil case dragged out over 3 years. If he read some or all the filed documents, all proofs then my case should be ruled in the same trial date. Our tax was wasting on this judge, Sunil R. Kulkarni.

We received a tentative ruling that was so far out in left field it could only be written by someone who had not bothered to read the papers.

Kulkarni is very ignorant of the law, he regularly legislates from bench, calls home owners as "renters", cites cases that rely on lease agreements that have nothing to do with land ownership, among others. Superior court of california, county of santa clara is rated by far the most corrupt court in the nation, their judges have below average intelligence, although they think otherwise, and are corrupt beyond words to explain, perhaps due to the amount of monies that are in Silicon Valley and literally open bribery that is taking place in this court.

This Judge is terrible! He decided in favor of Google to allow ad funded animal cruelty videos on their platform. This creep doesn't seem to care about animal welfare at all.

good, would make a great friend, I do not know how he will rule in my case, and he has made mistakes that went against law. He told me to take it up on appeal, which takes about 6 months. He doesn't have patience for those being evicted or Defendants in harrassment cases, which means he prefers landlords. He is also prejudiced against those in pro se, however, he is very patient with me in pro se, and has still ruled against me . Its best to say what I think now, before he passes judgement. Santa Clara is a weird county with many prejudices against defendants no matter the issue, a presumed guilty as charged person. I do also think, on reflection, after a break or a continuance, he appeared to be more affable and exhibited more egalitarian qualities. I do think I would like him if I met him outside of court.
