Not sure how she was promoted to Chief Judge. Blanco has absolutely no understanding of law. She knows how to bend and break it though. Lacks professionalism, leadership, and how to follow current law. When a Judge is recused from a case, they cannot come back except under certain situations. Her own decision is not one of them. Larimer County District Court is a failed court system under your guidance!
