She is rude and ignores private attorneys in her court room. If your client has a DCSS case, don't bother trying to litigate on behalf of your client in Dept L51. She refuses to listen or acknowledge your comments and/or is argumentative when trying to inform the Court as to the history of the case. She does not allow the attorney to do your job. The Commissioner does all of direct and cross examination herself. She listens only to the DCSS attorney, and asks questions of Custodial/Non-Custodial parent. There is court reporter, no accountability. It's monkey court at best.
