I was in front of Judge Susan Stacy in Seminole County in cases 2017-DR-002946 and 2024-DR-000553. What happened in her courtroom destroyed my life and separated me from my children. This nightmare is still happening and it is devastating my entire family.

110% against abused women in the Count resulting in the death of an abused woman. She should be removed from the Bench. Seminole ranks 2nd highest abuse cases in Fl. and she is part of why. Abusers know She has their back. Why? She was backed in elections by State Pros. Archer and she will forever be indebted to him and his employees for getting the bench in the first place. Multiple Judges of this court have been before the Supreme court, and each of them for attacking abused women. When you can't get a judgeship, get it by politics.

She is an incompetent judge who should not be on anyone’s bench. She has a total disregard for children involved in acrimonious cases. She has granted several motions at this point, that have gone against a parenting plan that was put in place to protect my children and to prohibit a father who’s aim is to simply hurt the other parent. I have read that others share this same sentiment about her abusing her discretion as a judge and being unethical.
