The Hon Judge Pineda claims to of been assigned to probate, yet the Maricopa County Superior Court profile does not show that she was ever served in that division. She does not follow the law right down to improper service by mail when there is no required green card receipt. She allowed someone who lacks standing to file a quiet title outside of the probate division and has not even required the plaintiff to establish heirship, standing or a clearly established right. The last case of the same parties was dismissed for lack of standing, and she allowed the case to be refiled and amended without the initial complaint to of e er been served. She clearly lack the necessary foundational knowledge of the necessary accepted framework to proceed in any matter.?If the you Google her name as a judge, I have never seen so many complaints lodged against one judge so clearly there needs to be e reform when a judge is appointed that they must always take a text even just on. The local rules of civil procedure because this judge clearly lacks fundamental knowledge necessary to ensure the rights of all citizens on both sides of the table are being met.

My first judge knew my case like the back of her hand.

My first judge knew my case like the back of her hand. Then I got this garbage for a judge. I had a history of 8 restraining orders, injuries to life and limb against my ex. Judge Pineda (or Pinata, because that is what she does to kids) stated that there was no "significant domestic violence." Not one or two judges, but 4!! judges before her decided yes, there was: and it was severe. I presented that evidence. Ex broke into the house, broke my arm, cause abdominal trauma leading to early delivery as I was pregnant. Father also didn't contact the child for 17 months out of his own free will. Father then didn't want to pay child support. The issue is that she wanted my child ordered back in Arizona, overriding what other judges had ordered (I was given full custody and relocation). I swear to god people, when I was reading the order on this judge my soul physically left my body... it was that terrible. I still can't even look at it, she sickens me. She has put both me and my child at risk for death and now I have had to have DV agencies step in to help. I did digging: People have taken their lives after going before this judge. She gives children to drug abusers, she gives them to felons, and she gives them to people who have recently served jail or prison time. My son had an established life (home life, church life, school and a stay at home parent) that we are attempting to rebuild as best we can. But she ruined his life. I now have 50/50 and must work with my ABUSER? the guy should be in jail. I do not believe anyone wins in family court and that the child always loses. But she exacerbated this. From stopping my case to ask a procedural question on another case (so she wasn't looking at my case!) to not following procedure and making biased assumptions, it's an issue. I would highly suggest that if you get Pinada, you during the requesting period. She has the most appeals from family court (Maricopa FC) in the appellate circuit

She sucks. I'm sure the decision in my case was influenced by gender.

She sucks. I'm sure the decision in my case was influenced by gender. Long story short, I tried getting child support rearears tossed because I was the only one helping my 16 year old son with my grandson, his mother wanted him aborted at all costs. Pineda said sooner or later my son's mom would come around and be a grandma. Instead she made my grandsons feel like shit 15 years later.

This is a follow up to a review I left below on 10-09-2021. Judge Pineda, you failed to enforce your own Court Order regarding substance abuse / hair follicle testing for my son's mother. You went as far as to call me a "frequent filer" as I was doing everything I could to keep my son safe and out of the danger he was in. It took me to sell my house and get an attorney before you would listen. My son's mom was so strung out on Meth that it took 8 months for her to finally pass her UA's and start to get clean. The things my son had to witness and go through for years were 100% preventable had you only enforced your own Order. You had the audacity to roll your eyes during my testimony? It's been almost 2 years and my son's mother has finally been able to kick her meth habit, but still working on alcohol addiction. You are the ultimate authority to help protect our children and you failed. Your decision (or lack of decision) has left my son with a lifetime of memories of things that should have never happened. The hell of it all is, when I mentioned filing a complaint against this Judge, my attorney and other attorneys all stated not to do it...That she could "hold it against me later".... HOLY SHIT! Is this how things work? To this Judge: Please step down so you don't do the same thing to anyone else's child. To these attorneys: How can you look yourself in the mirror when you know this type of stuff goes on but sit idle and not do anything??? Do us all a favor and look up the word "integrity."

Finally some recognition for Judge Pineda's ignorance of the law on the 2022 Gavel watch.

Finally some recognition for Judge Pineda's ignorance of the law on the 2022 Gavel watch. This is a judge who tells a man that being slapped, hit, and pushed by a woman is 'not significant' domestic violence despite arrests and restraining orders that speak to the contrary. This is a judge who tells a man he is big and strong and being physically assaulted is 'not significant' and to play nice with his abuser. This is a judge who gave 50% custody to the abuser- despite a clear statute preventing that. She rules on opinion, not the law. Time to retire.

The Judge is now in Family court.

The Judge is now in Family court. FAMILY COURT, to preside over childrens and families lives and dynamics. She has ignored for 3 years now tbe non custodial parents lifelong drug use, over doses and criminal backround. Ignored the rules of law and procedure set in place and laughed in court during opening and whispered something to her staff. Children that are LEGITIMATLY in danger and Domestic violence orders filed under the case should be taken seriously.

This Judge and her judicial clerk Pam are corrupt to the core. They don’t uphold the law. They grossly violate every legal statute there is. These two are being paid off by attorneys for outcomes.

Judge Pineda and her judicial assistants should be investigated for collusion with certain lawyers.

Judge Pineda and her judicial assistants should be investigated for collusion with certain lawyers. They sit on things to let others pass through first, interrupting the process and procedure of the legal system. You are public servants. You work for the people; not lawyers. The way Pineda operates the courtroom sums up everything that is wrong with our country's legal system.

Judge Susanna Pineda ignored significant domestic violence and mental health evidence and ruled in favor of a respondent who had ZERO evidence to support their claim to joint legal decision making and extended parenting time. She went against the legal statutes and gave parenting time with overnights to a person that is essentially homeless and mentally ill. My kids will be sleeping in a location unknown to me with a mentally ill parent. Mountains of supporting evidence was filed and the decree addresses NONE of it. She fell asleep 4 times during the trial and must have missed the parts imperative to a ruling that would protect my kids best interest. She gave 25% of my monthly income away to a person that has mentally, physically, and financially abused me for 8 years- all evidence to this was submitted and she addressed NONE of it. The way the decree was written, the choices that were made against very clear legal statutes, and the dozens of errors makes it seem like there was collusion between the judge and the opposing council. It appears that the judge made up her mind before the trial, based on pretrial statements only, used my trial time for a nap, and took the path of least resistance instead of following the law. Judge Pineda should be investigated and removed from her civil service.
