Had to have Rizo recuse herself from at least 3 cases. You would think that she would get a clue and do it herself. She supported my insane neighbor in an attempt to get a restraining order against me and family because she is breaking the law by shining her spotlight into my house. Allowed the order to be "criminal" without cause. Of course we got another judge and it didn't stick but still a lot of time and trouble. Even though she was disqualified from this case she still allowed a last minute trial date cancellation on the part of my neighbor, even though I was traveling back from Washington to attend the hearing. The neighbor claimed she was getting a lawyer and said lawyer was incapacitated, although said lawyer appeared in court that day on zoom. In the end the neighbor never showed up at the hearing she asked to be extended. Theres much more. I will be filing a complaint with the judicial council, even though she isn't running for a second term.

If you're a dude and you get this judge. You're pretty much screwed. Typical California activist judge. Has no respect for the law. Makes judgements based purely off of emotion.

Being an activist is more important to this judge than the constitutional rights of her constituents.

Seeing the way she treated the men in the cases before mine. I knew I didn't stand a chance. This judge has a clear distaste for men and it shows in the way she uses the law as a weapon against them. I suggest sitting in on her and seeing for yourself. It's painfully obvious.

Someone needs to investigate this judge and her questionable rulings. It's obvious she has an anti-male agenda. She should be held accountable for making the justice system look like a joke. Who knows how many people's constitutional rights this woman has violated. I would bet it's a lot.

Another woke authoritarian communist California judge that violates the constitutional rights of those unfortunate enough to be forced into her presence. Her sense of justice is as dense as she is. The founding fathers would spit in her face. Disgrace of a judge. She thinks being born with a vagina qualifies her for the position. DEI hire loser.

Worst judge I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She is a feminist activist judge that has no sense of justice. She belittles men and never gives them a chance to defend themselves during cases. She is lenient on females and gives them the benefit of the doubt. Anyone who watches her try a case can see that she has a severe bias. She brags about being the first woman to be elected as a superior court judge, but it is clear that she is just a diversity hire that doesn't deserve to be in the position she is in. She is a mockery to liberty and justice.
