Suzanne Bass

Judge Bass is bias and if she has a long standing rift with you, your client suffers the backlash. When lawyers have to tell clients to hire different counsel and withdraw from a case due to Judge Bass holding grudges it's time for to retire. She refuses to Recuse herself from cases when her bias is evident and on the record.

I’d also like to add to everyone else on here that the same Judge took my children away from me too. She didn’t review any of my evidence, but chose to view other parties instead. She abused my character and made me cry in the court room and I’m a very good mother and always was, no record, nothing in my background. Lies from others made her not even consider looking into my side(evidence) because she judged me wrongly by hear say. Judge Suzanne Bass seems to like putting the cart before the horse. It appears that female litigants have more rights in her courtroom. That's a shame because there are a lot of male litigants who are great fathers. Angel Luis Santiago, Pro-Se former Criminal Inv. Public Advocate, Super Empath

Judge Bass is biased and not smart enough to be a Judge. She contradicts herself in the same hearing and speaks with a stream of consciousness that reveals her uninformed view of abuse. She already has her talking points from the abuser and knows how she will rule when she walks in the courtroom. She confuses herself by remembering some law and then has to backtrack. Judge Bass pulls at the front of her hair when she is doing wrong like not following the law or current orders. She was removed from a national murder trial 10 years ago for calling the victim's father on her cell phone to discuss the case with him. Shameful and we can do so much better as a community instead of keeping an inadequate judge in Family Court where there are no cameras or jury. This one has caused much harm to my child and others.

0..she catered to registered sex offender Brian William Dugger, allowing him to kidnap his now 14 year old daughter without reviewing the case, after saying' whoever follows court order' he did not, she closed the case on no other hearings. Let him have the girl, after seeing the brother whose daughter molested defending him against my wife, and paying for his attorney, and who he still lives with. I dont gotta go to law school to be smart enough to know im too dumb to pick up on that straight ' red flag'

She was so mean and gave my children over to a registered sex offender ..making me give my kids back ...to him ...she rude and doesn't care about families I've sent letters my friends sent letters and I'm blown off
