This is horrible Judge and was new the Juvenile courts in 8/2024, she granted a parental right to be terminate. There was no guidance by the best interest of the child standard. Did not have any concerns about the credibility of mother vs the father. The judge ask the child if she would like be adopted by stepfather (she is scared to death of him) the child was 10 years old at the time. She ignored clear evidence of the mother kept the child from the father. It was explained to the judge and shown that mother kept the child away from the father for many years. Because of that he was not given the opportunity to build the relationship he wanted the child. This JUDGE will change your life forever and have a devastating impact to the lost of the child in YOUR family's life.. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT let this Judge preside over your case . ASK FOR ANOTHER JUDGE !!!! Vote NO for her on the next election just as i did.

I had my case in front of this judge. Major part of it was domestic violence and child abuse. She completely ordered those to be out of discussion. My ex husband had child porn on his computers. Couldn't talk about that either. I had evidence of animal , child , domestic , abuse . Couldn't use nothing. But she let the prosecution mention it like there was no proof of it. I was sitting on that chair boiling knowing this judge is a ex prosecutor, best buddy with the prosecutor on my case. Shame on her for being nothing honorable like someone said here. She is a disgrace to our system. Someone needs to do something about this woman before ruins more lives

Nothing honorable about this judge. Sides with prosecution and it's way too obvious. She used to be a prosecutor so she won't change her mentality. I'll be surprised if she wouldn't have several instances of misconduct

She was a prosecutor and she is completely BIAS towards prosecution . She does not deserve to be a judge. She is a prosecutor with a robe . She let's perjury fly , she sides constantly with the prosecution and gives the prosecution any advantage possible. She lies and ignores facts. She literally prosecutes from the judges chair. She is absolutely 100% trying constantly to help prosecution with the case. She should not be a judge and someone should look into her work . She really needs to be removed from the bench before she causes more victims of the system. It is absolutely mind blowing what she gets away with and she needs to be found responsible. I called this Judge's clerk to ask for some general information. They were all quite rude and I had a client who had an emergency and had been removed from her home by the Glendale court, based on an ExParte hearing from her husband. This judge completely misinterpreted what I was asking for and decided I was guilty of unprofessional conduct. I think she is Quilty of not accepting responsible for what happens in her division. I wrote a letter back to her and was not happy with her lack of help. She reported me to the AZ Bar and is part of the reason I am now suspended. As a lawyer for 35 years, I claim the right to vigorously defend myself and my client and this judge thinks she is a deity, not a servant of the taxpayer.
