I have filed a complaint with the Commission on Judicial Performance

Thinks she's being fair and is unaware of her inherent prejudice in favor of plaintiffs. Consistently makes rulings contrary to existing law. Incapable of making decisions preferring to instruct the attorneys to further "meet and confer". Intend to 170.6 her in the future.

Her term is up year year. She was appointed by the governor, but we can vote her out this year if we can urge folks to get to the polls and do the right thing.

This Judge is a criminal, fraud on the court as if she expects to get away with treating litigants like they have no rights to justice and she is untouchable. Too bad everyone has her number.

Incompetent. Should not be on the bench. Incapable of handling the job and destructive with power and authority. She has her favorites among local lawyers. Don't expect a fair trial. Needs to be voted out. Everyone in the courthouse and in town knows she's incompetent, she's a laughing stock of a judge. They all talk about it, but she's still in office. Wouldn't know ethics if it slapped her in the face. Sad how some people are able to get into positions of power just because of who they know or politics. Get Rid of Corruption in SLO!

Criminal this Judge allowed an attorney to file a false motion and ruled in his favor. Order was reversed when I presented my evidence. Rules for attorneys against pro se litigants and allows attorneys to violate the law. She appears to not be concerned that she may be held accountable

Rules for attorneys and against pro se litigants. Allows attorneys to violate the law. Does not understand the law herself it appears or she just chooses what she wants to apply. I can understand why she has such a bad rating and I can understand why court staff and an attorney wrote poor reviews
