I was not taken serious I presented hardcore evidence against defendant and got dismissed completely without a care. I brought up criminal records of the defendant and child abuse from the family of the defendant and still she did not care. This judge is horrible and has no heart for the children. She is the reason why children get hurt and killed because she ALLOWS for unfit parents to get custody. She does not deserve to be called your honor she does not deserve the chair she sits in. God will judge her on her day.

` As the peitioner I was asked questions and was not given a chance to ask questions. I could not present my case and I did this by myself without a lawyer. I petitioned that child support be adjusted due to cost of living and that father makes a lot of money. I have been held back by being a housewife when married, and being left with the majority of child care (72%) Despite the fact that during the past years I held up the fort caring for the children throughout a pandemic, homeschooling, and having faced a life changing injury, she ruled in favor of respondent who proposed I should be able to have a housekeeping job. Not only denied my request but decreased my child support. This judge is from my experience, and by reading the other reviews an enemy to women and has no place in family law.

~This judge was using he said / she said to take children from a mother who had cancer and had a baby pass from cancer with no proof of mother being an unfit mother and not knowing the case at all until that one day. She also said the mother could have pick up a phone to check on her kid’s activities and school even if she was very sick with cancer was in hospitals and surgeries .She also brought up mother not working due to her cancer for six years she also said mother was an unfit mother because of all that. Mother had proof of father being abusive not letting mother see her children. Judge didn’t care took the kids from mom gave the children to father who was alienating mother from seeing the kids and not following court orders as well. Judge is a disgrace to family law for children who need help. If you get her ask for someone else. To be your judge she doesn’t care about your children at all.

This judge used UNSUBSTANTIATED referrals to CPS to take children from their mother and place them in a home where they were abused mentally and emotionally by their step-grandmother! She has NO business working in family or probate law!!!
