Teresa A. Kondrup-Coyle

I am ashamed of myself and my colleagues who were well-aware of Judge Kondrup Coyle's unprofessionalism, malicious and retaliatory nature. I was afraid that if I alerted the Bar, she would rule against my clients in all future cases before her while she was on the family court bench. I know I am Monday morning quarterbacking after she is off the bench, but I am posting because I am urging all counsel and pro-se litigants to come forward to Administrative Office of the Courts, the Bar and attorney ethics committee.

Still to this day judge disgraced coyle is fighting legal action, in the Evans case she is likely about to finally lose a lawsuit for her wrongdoing the case wasn’t dismissed and people caught on in nj that this judge was awful and hated black litigants and racially profiled people.

how embarrassing this was a judge at all nj fam courts are overwhelmed with fixing her mistakes, sued at least two times under the original ku klux klan act, if these reviews are true then this speaks volumes for who she was a clear racist and vile despicable human being who shouldnt have been allowed on the bench to pass judgements on poor black families already struggling.

implore you all to look up Evans vs Teresa Colyle and Griggs vs Teresa Coyle that’s TWO black litigants who have sued her, she’s immune as a bullshit racist judge due to judicial immunity but that many people suing her and charging her with judicial misconduct she’s gone for good and can’t harm people anymore but that’s two lawsuits against her by black folks. Under the civil rights law

White (Non-Hispanic) as the largest group (~52-56%), followed by Black or African American (~18-22%), a significant Hispanic/Latino population (~18-20%) that’s the population of Camden county where this god awful racist judge used to work as a prosecutor these reviews are accurate. she was a white prosecutor who put away black and latino people away if you go to some areas of Camden it is entirely black and latino, she absolutely racially profiled people and so some research it is a very hood, ghetto, area and south jersey’s version of Newark and she was appointed by Christie. That’s about 50 percent white and 50 percent minorities….and yes she racially profiled lots of litigants. Again accurate reviews.

I have two daughters and one son, my son was the youngest and my two daughters at the time were older, both in high school and I did not have to fight as hard because shortly they turned 18. My son was just about 7.

I am primarily Costa Rican and also dealt with Coyle and am shocked by these reviews and shocked it isn’t just me. I wanted to share my experience with her:

she was verbally abusive and if you check what happens to NJ judges and why they are off the bench here’s a sneak peek, she’s no longer there because she was really reprimanded there’s multiple cases against her and she was sued for racism and more and reported to the judicial committee for misconduct, many times.

one more but I wanted to say if he does end up running for mayor no one will be surprised and he absolutely earned it well done Derrick. he didn’t want to put the mother of his kids through more court battles she is a clear perjurer who could have gone to jail for this but he let her pass peacefully.

latino here but aregentinan and she was a very awful racist judge who disliked me as well i believe these people i ended up getting my case removed she clearly didnt understand my case this was way back in 2024 i was the one who filed and she looked at me like i was a criminal, something prompted me to look her up because you cant forget when a judge like that looks down at you but she really didnt like me at the time and i remember seeing this before and almost filed for her to beremoved and wasnt shocked she didnt understand or like me thankfully i moved i shudder at the thought of her hearing my case again good to know she got removed my case got dismissed by the way but i learned my lesson to look people up

I implore you all to look at Derrick’s case, Derrick Griggs is a black litigant who lost his kids and his job due to her incompetent actions. She didn’t like him or his lawyer because they are both black. A very racist judge. He clearly won and got the first TRO dismissed. She wanted the kids and the house. You can find his posts and he was told to amend his lawsuit which he could have very well won had he had the funds.

She was a bad judge who really hated Latino parents and Black ones as well. The horror stories. I saw her take a man’s kids away from him before my cases began and she hates when people talk back. If you looked white/are white passing she would look for excuses to punish the side….biased towards anyone with dark skin, or with ethnic features.

Everyone... you're welcome. I don't say that with ego, I discovered this board while being a pro se defendant in her court room. I knew the outcome I wanted for her, and this is only step one. If that maniac thinks retiring early was going to protect her legally, she's in for a very rude awakening. I will be filing my RICO on Thanksgiving Day. Why? Because I'm thankful to that maniac for opening the future we're only at the beginning of creating. I said in her courtroom once, anyone who perjures themselves to be awarded a TRO, upon being proven to have lied, should be mandated to stand trial for kidnapping. She screamed at me, "Ohhh.. sooo grandiosee.... you're going to save the world!!..." I won't get into much more, but... this halloween will be the last halloween that dept hands out TROs for trick or treaters. (I don't mean real victims, they need protection. Only through punishing the fake victims, can we as a society identify who to protect and ensure they are protected!)
