This woman is absolutely horrendous as a judge. She should be criminally charged. When my son's mother was giving my six month old son CBD oil with THC in it for "teething" no sanctions were held against her. She was still able to get 50 / 50 custody. If the father did that, well you know, criminal charges would have been filed. Pathetic

Poor judgement. Doesn’t look at the evidence and makes decisions that keeps children in harms way. The complete antithesis of a fair and impartial judge.

I worked with this judge for 10 years as a mitigation specialist. Sadly, only disgruntled persons take the time to rate her and there are always going to be dissatisfied parties in family law. We worked with pitiful clients and she was always kind, committed, open minded, and a champion of the underdog. She was exceptionally thorough, detail oriented, and possessed of fine critical thinking skills. Judge Bennett cares deeply about every human being who appears on her courtroom. Her job is very difficult and due to the nature of domestic disputes, she is unfairly accused of indifference.
