Terrance T Lewis

Judge Lewis is the definition of what makes a GREAT judge. He’s got perspective, initiative and is practical in all aspects. His years of dedicated services as a public defender have allowed him to master the court, attorneys and defendants. He sees right through counsels BS and won’t stand for anything underhanded. He upholds victims rights and consistently LISTENS to attorney arguments and points before making his valued and intelligent rulings. He’s an ASSET TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY BENCH.

Judge Lewis is vindictive, nasty, acts superior, and is just all around a jackass. He keeps getting promoted to supervising judge positions, for no good reason, other than his ethnicity and sexual preference. He cannot be trusted to be fair, compassionate, or knowledgeable. If I was ever in his court again, I would “paper” him. He is just an awful human being. Beware!

“Stop talking now,” he says in a mocking tone to both criminal defense attorneys and prosecutors alike. He shows up late every single day and then rushes everyone. The below review that calls him “snarky” is generous. He’s unprofessional and gross. It’ll be fun when he’s off the bench and in the trenches with all of us again.

Lewis told family lawyers in attendance he hopes that they "FIND" billing hours. And, why did Trent Lewis appear to go out of way top protect documented abuser males, and harm and/or transfer female victims, to his known cronies who were conflicted and/or when some of Trent Lewis ' buddy judges female and male, from CCW to Mosk, had an interest in case, or their attorney connection was involved in case???

This guy is rude, snarky, sarcastic, and all-around unprofessional. I wouldn’t say he’s exactly pro-prosecution, but he’s anti-defendant. He jumps to conclusions without any inclination to understand the facts and honestly is kind of sadistic at times, bullying defendants and counsel. I’ve never left a review about any judge, but, considering that this guy was voted into office through 2027 and there are zero reviews, I felt inclined to leave one.
