The litigant who said that Family Court Judge Terrence J. McElrath and his law secretary should be disbarred, arrested, and placed in prison for flagrant violation of the NYS Public law shoud be ashamed of himself/herself. The litigant should be placed in prison for contempt of court. I wonder if this litigant who made these disparaging remarks about Family Court Judge McElrath is an abusive parent or a deab beat parent. It seems so.
