I have looked over cases, this man is old thinking and to the detriment of following the laws for individuals, big business the better for him to follow and their lead if he knows them, terrible worked close enough to know there is o fairness for those he does not know

This judge is very misogynistic, and is incapable of fairness.

This doppleganger and protege of the forever-odious Jesse Helms is a racist, an anti-Semite, a misogynist, a dullard, and a disgrace to the federal bench. Twice rejected for elevation to the Fourth Circuit, this blooming idiot from the Garden State makes Chris Christie look human by comparison. He is just awful.

This judge is an insult to justice in ANY criminal court of law

This man has NO understanding of justice and has no business wearing a robe in a criminal court of law.

Judge Boyle is a fair and just man.we are lucky to have him on the bench.he appears to be the only person who recognizes the danger the Adam Walsh act poses to our constution

I had him before in a consitutional law case, and he got the argument and held a state law unconstitutional. Very smart.

I couldn't agree more that this judge has no business wearing a robe of any kind. He was obnoxious, arrogant, and showed no understanding of the law whatsoever. No wonder the public has such a low opinion of the judicial system with guys like this in the forefront.

Pretty much the meanest SOB you'll ever meet, and I don't mean that in a nice. Rude to litigants and rude to lawyers. Nobody seems to like him. How he got the 4th Circuit nod I'll never know. I'm sure all the 4th Circuit judges were thrilled he didn't get confirmed because as a former clerk, I can tell you they don't like him one bit.

I have been in practice for 30 years, and I have to say that this judicial maniac should be committed for multiple psychiatric disorders. If you get in front of him with a criminal defendant, you can say goodbye to your client no matter what the evidence. If you are unlucky enough to have him assigned to your civil case, I strongly suggest that you dismiss and refile somewhere else. Unfortunately, I disagree about the 4th Circuit appointment. Please take him and get him out of the EDNC -- he can do less damage in Richmond!

They got lucky keeping this nimrod off the Fourth Circuit. A real dim bulb and extremely unkind, too. Terrible judge.
