Theodore R. Howard

Judge Howard is a gem. Spent his career as a civil litigator and truly “gets it.” Although he was an insurance defense attorney I got a totally fair shake on my plaintiff case. He’s also a pleasure to appear before and is a real gentleman. As many thumbs up as I can muster!

Nicest guy ever. He’s approachable and friendly. Lots of civil litigation experience and it shows. Is able to “read between the lines” and see who the good guys are. Reads everything and tries to get it right. Runs an efficient but relaxed courtroom. A true gentleman and a solid trial judge. We need more like him.

Judge Howard appeared half asleep at an important substantive hearing, did not know the record, did a lot of shooting from the hip with a lot of "misses," did not follow rules of procedure and pretty much ignored the law. A real disservice to the community. Frustrating.
