This judge is terrible and another appellate decision reports he abused his discretion in the 2023 case with Finch. the case reads like a 2-year old judge made odd decisions. If this judge were my employee he would be fired immediately. Do not trust potkonjak to make a fair and unbiased decision. Potkonjak is very biased and prejudicial

judge potkonjak is extremely biased - very sad for a judge, actually dishonorable. Potkonjak makes statements in court that he makesup, which are not accurate. This judge does not require attorneys he likes to file mandatory motions as he allows these "friendly" attorneys to provide inaccurate claims while mandating opposing attorneys to file motions. This judge is quite the opposite of justice

judge potkonjak allows attorneys he likes to make false claims "in court" knowing they are unsubstantiated. This judge will deliver unfair and unjust decisions - see his track record at the appellate level, atrocious. The results of the appeals confirm his skillset as inadequate
