[Redacted by Ed.] She played a game today may 14 2025 saying online hearing "did you have time to read my tenative ruling" this she made prior to the hearing today already knowing that she talked to defense of Sixt rent a car who committed 7 felony crimes in two police jurisdictions. They lied and said I agreed to arbitration in order to stop my civil right to a jury trial so to cheat me out of any damages. Los Angeles court has "zero" respect for laws. I never signed my civil rights away to be racially discriminated, setup as Sixt changed car rental I reported them to police, fbi, federal fraud organization...all of this evidence was submitted. [Redacted by Ed.] any state or federal employee who violates the law and your civil rights is committing a federal crime she did this while submitting arbitration requirements which Sixt never met I never agreed to arbitration, same any agreement to have a chance to make a decision that is a requirement for arbitration see maliciouly broke state & federal law. Supreme court has already ruled online arbitration agreements require both parties to see to agree that did not happen. [Redacted by Ed.] ...I really feel 99% of all los angeles judges think that their above the law and can get away with crimes against citizens... [Redacted by Ed.]

Judge Traber handled a complex two week jury trial in a construction litigation matter.

Judge Traber handled a complex two week jury trial in a construction litigation matter. She is very intelligent, she researched the legal issues as they arose, she made quick and fair rulings as the trial progressed. It was a pleasure to try a case in front of her. Very bright and she picked up on issues quickly.

She is highly intelligent as well as feeling, compassionate. Her opinions make sense, follow the law as I understand it and are very well written. I wish I could observe her in other cases, as I could learn much about the law and the state of justice in the courts at this time.

Every judge in California should sit in one day in Honorable Traber's Courtroom and listen and learn how she evaluates each matter and party without any presence of bias nor invalidation of a party's position on a matter. She is very understanding there are times when something out of the party's control does adversely affect deadlines. She is by far the most level headed, fair and logical judge I have ever come before. As a trier of facts (and truth, does pay close attention to Declarations) her approach is exceptional. I had lost complete respect and faith in the justice system and realize now it is possible and hopefully there are more judges like Theresa Traber or that will heed to the advice herein and learn from her. No I am not a relative, friend, etc just honest. Wish more people were honest too.

I really wish the Judicial Council would investigate some of these judges more often.

I really wish the Judicial Council would investigate some of these judges more often. I have to say I agree with the comments below. Judge Traber is extraordinarily bias and does in fact insert her own opinions in place of the law. She also shows great emotion in her opinions that supplant the law even though she has been covered by a mask. She literally becomes angry with parties, ignores the clear rule of law and will cut you off when making arguments if she disagrees despite what the law says. Tragically, she is typically of what I have witnessed over the last year and half with the judiciary- ego maniacs who hold way too much power. I have practiced for 20 years and to the extent that this judge decided she disliked my client and made rulings according to her dislike was shocking. If you are a Defendant do yourself a favor and 176.1 this judge. She will favor the Plaintiff in your case because she is a former Plaintiff's counsel.

The comment about the San Fernando Valley Bar Association is exactly correct.

The comment about the San Fernando Valley Bar Association is exactly correct. Finally, people are catching on. It's also about Clout and judges (most) are supreme narcisissts and yes awards and Gala's are exchanged for rulings. You think law fiems are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to sponsor these perks with no expectation of something in return. You are a fool and willful drone if that is your opinion. Lawfirms don't operate at charities. My name is Christopher T. Barone and you can email me directly at thectb@yahoo.com. Many of you hide behind anonymity and that is your right, I don't because I don't need to. Traber showd up late to court by over an hour, constantly showed up late and was unprofessional. She tried mocking me when the court called my cell phone while I was on my way to taking my wife to the hospital for surgery...as she heard in the background, I wasn't going to be having a hearing 90 minutes late. She's is unfit. Traber ruled against me in a case where a woman called me a pedophile, a child pervert, and said I told people to murder her all on social media. No evidence, no credibility, and the filing, in this case, was done by an attorney. She won an anti-SLAPP against me because Traber is an as said below a dirty hag. Her Facebook page has a picture of the Confederate Flag depicting Republicans.

Low vocabulary.

Low vocabulary. Got so angry, she paused proceedings to “cool off” closing the courtroom for a 30 minute recess. Walked off the bench more than once, mid hearing. Shouts, yells, makes angry faces, clenches teeth and fists to display anger and hostility. If you know the law better than her and force her to adhere, it makes her angrier. Makes unlawful, unjust, unethical, and immoral rulings. Then, goes back and writes long supplemental orders to justify her crazy bench behavior and prior orders so it’s difficult and confusing to appeal. Ungodly woman.

She is a petulant child with the temperament to match.

She is a petulant child with the temperament to match. Not bright and unwilling accept that she’s wrong even when it’s crystal clear she is wrong. Does not follow the law. I question whether she even reads the papers.
