One of the most ignorant, arrogant, and just plain unintelligent judges I’ve ever appeared before. Truly doesn’t know the basic rules of discovery, tells litigants not to make motions and that he’ll just decide from the bench because he clearly doesn’t like to do the work of a judge, but does love to lord it over people. I’ve seen him truly sadistically berate attorneys who have just asked that basic rules and law be followed. He’s not just unjust and cruel, he’s truly scary crazy..

Now sits in Supreme Court. One of the best I’ve ever appeared before. Really enjoys what he does. Very respectful of the attorneys. Genuinely interested in the facts of the action. Excellent jurist.

He does not have a proper temperament to be a judge. His default position s to be angry. On a motion; where he admitted he had not read the papers and the exhibits and did not know the applicable law, he engaged in judicial extortion by threatening* to rule against a party so as to tie them up because an appellate decision would take too long to obtain. He is a bad guy who seems to like throwing his judicial muscle against litigants instead of doing his job fairly. Would give him 0 as the rating across the board if possible

We, the reviewers can all agree that we are not so perturbed at getting the short end of our divorces, but we can all agree that; how the decisions are made by this judge, is an absolute,continuous abuse of power. He DEFIES the laws on the books with his unconventional rulings, without evidence and facts. His rogue behavior on the bench has destroyed many lives and families. HOW LONG CAN THIS GO ON?… The biasing of court cases, by this judge, is widely known by the general Nassau County Court System and Nationwide. The BLATANT ABUSE OF POWER is witnessed daily by Nassau attorneys, court reporters, and officers of the Nassau County court system, who are eager to please this judge, at the expense of us, the victims. The above are all court officers. November 15, 2018: This same judge was labeled as biased on the front cover of the ‘New York Post’. He was removed from a divorce case for his biases and interjecting his personal experiences into his decision. “Why isn’t anyone saying or doing anything to put a stop to this rogue judge? Where is the Justice Department with their checks and balances.? In my case, as the defendant, this judge made a judgment of divorce, without: any income verification, tax returns, or real estate appraisals. This judge lowered my child support without any figures, facts or details. I questioned the judge: “How can you make those decisions without any facts.? Before answering, he told the court reporter to go “OFF THE RECORD”… He then proceeded to scold me for having the nerve to question him on his ruling and dismissed me for questioning his biased decision. He proceeded to tell me that he lost everything in his divorce, and he didn’t get what he wanted in his divorce. Rademaker proceeded to threatened me by saying if I did not sign an agreement that I did not agree to, he would order the marital home to be sold, where my two kids and I reside. An earlier review here said he cut through the bullshit. Wrong. He substitutes his (poor, biased) judgment for those who are experts or at least clearly know more, and always in favor of civil defendants. He really lives in his own fantasy world. He therefore denies legitimate motions, while truly thinking he's correct. He's an anti-vaxxer, and would have been one of the guys who stormed the Capitol if he only had the courage to be anything more than a petty tyrant.

FINALLY a judge that rules according to our laws and constitution. I thank him for ruling to eliminate mask mandates in NY. The mandates are damaging our children and studies have shown masks are not effective in preventing COVID. Bravo Judge!
