In 2010 during my divorce Kapper vs Kapper [Redacted by Ed.] This judge was privileged to information regarding First American Title company to which my ex husband was a principle to the company. This judge denied my attorneys fees and failed to give me any financial support despite Mr Kappers financial ability to pay. Mr Kapper is also known with the SEC with respects to his trucking business DTSI also known as Dedicated Transportation. This judge [Redacted by Ed.] should be held responsible to the lives they destroy and for protecting the interest of the judicial branch rather than the people to which they serve. [Redacted by Ed.] Mr Palant should never be able to practice law. [Redacted by Ed.] This judge sided with attorneys rather than review the documents. I also blame retired Judge Suzzanne Kingsbury for her role of turning a blind eye to the improper, illegal proceedings in the basin. I want this judge to know that it left me homeless, these rulings impacted both my children, destroyed my faith in the judicial branch. I want this judge to feel the whole in my heart, the sadness that came with it, Justice seems to only apply for those who can afford it. I had to borrow 27,000 to be represented only to find out, they all worked for the Corporations that my ex husband was associated with. No one is above the law including judges and attorneys. This judge finalized my divorce proceedings with my ex husband Mark D Kapper. [Redacted by Ed.] Not only was I not awarded any attorney fees, I was awareded no spousel support. I had my houses foreclosed on and my medical files embellished. [Redacted] The information submited to the SEC was used to indict several public enities while Mr Kapper got away with Mortgage Fraud. In fact another attorney received privileged information from the disgraced Judge Steven C Bailey. When will justice be served. I lost my homes, my kids, my attorney fees while these bad actors continue to misrepresent the rule of law. This judge should be fully investigated and thrown out. Something is terribly wrong with El Dorado County. Judicial abuse is real, and it is happening destroying the lives of many.
