Judge Dreschler is widely known to be one of the most pro-defense judges on the bench, and is also the one with the best judicial temperament. Any defense lawyer or defendant that appears before him is extremely fortunate.

[Reacted by Ed.] Just listened to him berate a defense attorney for not being at a scheduled over the phone session. It's like all the dumb people breeded and became judges.

I witnessed a summary judgment hearing presided over by Judge Drechsler. He was so bad that I ordered a transcript of the hearing to prove to myself that I heard correctly. He made at least four false premises concluding that the plaintiff's lawyers (the non-moving party) made statements and/or admissions that they most clearly didn't make or even hint at making. The transcript proves it. For this reason alone, he needs to be disbarred, removed, fined, and never again be allowed to judge a case. I was shocked the way he acted and for what he said to the plaintiff's lawyers. Unbelievable.

Shameful. Disrespectful toward plaintiffs. Temperamental. Not objective.

He has either himself or had people who do his bidding go into my storage areas. I have valuables that cannot be replaced. I have documents that cannot be replaced related to a substantial trust. And, I have my everyday clothes. I know that things are missing. I have not had a chance to do inventory. He has stalked me and harassed me for years. This is what happens when some one turns down s sick person. He belongs in jail. Neither I nor my possessions are safe. I will probably try to the police involved when it is safe for me to make a statement.

Poor. He confiscated my personal property because I think I do not like him. He seems to have trouble getting female companionship. He steals.

He has started hurting my ability to get medical care when I have expensive insurance as well as appropriate housing when I have ability to go go. He is pressuring me .

He has tampered with my personal financial documents and personal items to coerse me in a case. He discredits the whole court.Yhid is judicial misconduct. I am afraid of him and the destruction to my personal and professional life.

Today I was harassed by 2 bad cops when I was the victim of a crime. This is consistent with Tom Drechsler's police officer friends , The police have harassed me for years beginning when I turned down Drechsler's "advances".

He is going after my health and finances. He is manipulating court employees. He is interfering with my having a safe place to live. He has the police hurting me. He belongs in jail. He is also always after my money. He is running me into the ground.

He plasters himself all over the internet. He is a substandard judge.
