So many bitter divorced men in these comments.

So many bitter divorced men in these comments. He's a good judge judging from the opinions of these angry scumbags and deadbeats. It is easier to judge a man by his enemies than by his friends. Cry harder,

No basic legal knowledge.

No basic legal knowledge. I have been in court when he eliminated visitation rights for a Father who was not there nor given any notice. Worst of all, he is very pompous and thus believes he knows the law.

Not a good judge - Judge Kuhnle is terrible.

Not a good judge - Judge Kuhnle is terrible. He should not be a judge nor have anything to do with law at all. He is an unfair mean person.

This judge shouldn't be a family judge.

This judge shouldn't be a family judge. He clearly doesn't understand child abuse and would happily hand over the children to their abuser while disregarding any evidence presented in court. He lacks decisiveness and goes with whatever fake experts say in court to avoid conflicts and to avoid losing his position. He shows no interest in family court and needs to be removed.

My ex embezzled $400K from my company blocked me from my personal accounts multiple times, stole another $400K in cash from personal accounts, did identity theft on me, lied in court docs easily documented right in front of him again he didn't care, didn't even question it. He said he was following the law, but there was no following the law at any time in my case on any these abusive issues - abusive legal behavior is tolerated by this judge in my view I assume because it helps the profession with massive burning of attorney fees in an otherwise simple boring case with no kids involved. This was no he said she said, this was documented criminal behavior instigated in writing by the opposing attorney. Even though the ATRO and criminal law is clear, in a divorce in front of this judge it didn't matter in my case. The law and rules are quite excellent if followed. But there was no enforcement. All the warnings about ATRO violations and keeping reasonable to get a fair outcome meant nothing in his court.

Reasonable judge that put the things right as they should be.

Reasonable judge that put the things right as they should be. There was a fake DVTRO where I was kicked out of the house and custody was taken for monetary reasons. The other party lied in the Court. The Judge took time to examine the case and the testimony of the custody evaluator. I got back the custody and was back home after weeks of absense. I wish there were more judges like that.

Judge Kuhnle will favor the female in court, for example ask her slowly and carefully if she abused, but not the male.

Judge Kuhnle will favor the female in court, for example ask her slowly and carefully if she abused, but not the male. He will pander in his terminology calling her Mom, and say she "sacrificed" her career without any further questions. He won't call the man, Dad or seek any detail about his life or career, the man is just a wallet. He won't stop any character assassination directed from female to male. He will follow the minimal amount of law in terms of ever so gently pushing a woman to work which is good, but not follow through when they don't. He follows the law carefully when it is the female direction and ignores it in the male direction. Guys you don't want to be in front of this biased judge. if you are a female, you are lucky. If you are male, you better have your case well written and don't pull punches because this judge will accept the female's version of events without question, unless you challenge it in the court docs which he will read. You will only get a fair hearing as a male if your case is perfectly argued and documented. Any wiggle room you are screwed. The female attorney can be sloppy, make mistakes, doesn't matter they get the benefit of the doubt, you don't.

Judge Kuhnle is one of the best judges.

Judge Kuhnle is one of the best judges. He is very patient, reads all the pleadings, always on top of things, and knows the law very well. He is very fair and never play favors. He wants to finish all the cases fast so that people can get resolution to their matters. I really enjoy representing my clients in Judge Kuhnee's Court because I know that he will always follow the law.

I thought he was a good judge, but very clearly doesn't understand child abuse or coercive control.

I thought he was a good judge, but very clearly doesn't understand child abuse or coercive control. Seems to lump everyone in to "high conflict" when in reality it's re-abusing the victim into post separation abuse. He is very calm and reads almost everything presented.
