Late to court.

Late to court. In Room 119 visiting the staff when a courtroom full of litigants and attorneys are waiting causing litigants more legal fees. Not rendering decisions in a timely matter and seeming to care about it. Makes comments about his lack of decision-making with a smile and a promise to do better and gladly offers only a continuance. Does no better upon the next court date when he does THE SAME THING.
