Have a friend who’s case has not moved I. Over 2 years. It is a civil case this judge is lazy and does not like civil cases. Too bad she was wronged badly. Has been waiting over 2 years for summery answer. How can this judge be allowed to ignore a case for years even months. Other cases move right along hers sits on the back burner. So sad corruption always wins in this country.

Judge , please keep fighting for our freedom, and the children of this state!

Judge , please keep fighting for our freedom, and the children of this state! The governor is now trying to push the vaccine on children. Bad enough all the colleges are mandating, some only accepting exemptions. This is insane. Covid is down and suicide and mental illness is up!! :( People are depressed , and suffering more with anxiety. These mandates are causing people to consume more alcohol and drugs . We are seeing more violence. But , her focus is on mandates ,mandates, mandates. When does it end?!?! NOW is the answer. Before the children of the future are poisoned. New York used to be the place everyone dreamed of visiting. It’s now the place everyone is trying to escape from :( God Bless you and thank you !

A village idiot and the reason we need term limits for federal judges.

A village idiot and the reason we need term limits for federal judges. We had an insurance coverage case involving 22 environmental sites, but only six went through discovery and were the subject of summary judgment motions on late notice grounds. He correctly stated the test for late notice for excess policies like the ones at issue then applied the stricter test for primary policies. He said the sites had close involvement by the regulator when there was none. Most importantly, he dismissed the action even though the motion only involved 6 sites out of 22. We moved for reconsideration. It took him a year to issue a five page denial of our motion for reconsideration. Regarding the other 16 sites, he extended his ruling to those sites on the basis of his prior ruling, even though the prior ruling was based on the facts of the six sites and the 16 other sites had not been the basis of discovery. He needs to hold oral argument because he is an idiot.

Hon.Chief Justice McAvoy,is every bit of what a justice should be. In fact I've found him to be evenhanded, fair, impartial, and extremely conscious of the constitutional rights of each and every party (i.e., pro se, or lawyer)that appeared in his prestigious Court
