Thomas J. Rastetter

He was lied to by opposing counsel during an enforcement hearing. I pointed it out to the judge and offered to provide proof. He proceeded to engage in conversation with opposing counsel, dismissing my claim. I've since reported opposing counsel to the OSB with exhibits, exposing the lie which was significant, and they have elevated it to the disciplinary panel as he has not properly responded with any evidence proving otherwise. How embarrassing for a sitting judge to allow an attorney to lie to him without consideration of investigating. They are all in collusion with each other.

Sadly my trust towards our legal system was destroyed by the complete lack of decency towards the basic principles of the rules of law. Including the people behind the scenes whom chose to look the other way, when they knew what is happening to me was shameful.

Judge Rastetter was caught gossiping in emails to other judges and court staff, outright lying about a pro se litigant--thereby prejudicing other judges of the court. He is an absolute disgrace, more childish than an actual child.
