Judges are entrusted with extraordinary power and are expected to exercise it with humility, patience, and respect for litigants and the rule of law. When a judge repeatedly demonstrates the opposite such as Rebul, whether through demeanor, decision-making, or courtroom conduct, voters are entitled to say “enough.” Miami-Dade voters did exactly that. Reinstalling a judge whom the electorate so clearly rejected sends the wrong message.The people got it right the first time. His loss should have been the last chapter, not a second act. Rebul is arrogance and has a demeanor inconsistent with the seriousness and impartiality required of the role. He exemplifies a level of arrogance fundamentally incompatible with judicial service. Rather than approaching the bench with humility and an appreciation for the limits of judicial authority, he consistently projects infallibility, treating disagreement as defiance and litigants as obstacles rather than participants in a fair process. That posture alone erodes confidence in the judiciary; combined with substantive deficiencies, it becomes disqualifying.

In trial with the alleged jurist. Unfortunately for the participants in the 11th Circuit Court, one of the worst judges. Inept and too full of himself to know otherwise. If you can avoid his division. Sad state for this county.

Resoundingly unqualified although a legend in his own mind. He lost his election for a very good reason - not qualified!

This is the WORST Judge ever. Total disgrace. He ordered foreclosure on a property for millions of dollars based on NO written waiver of non monetary default!!!!! Without asking or even reading basic question was there a WRITTEN DEFAULT NOTICE and NOTICE TO CURE as provided in loan documents ? Without a notice of default how can someone get a written waiver??? Common Sense!!! We are loosing our property due this judge’s ruling of 10 million in NON MONETARY default@ 25 % interest on 9 millions loan. Total 19.2 million. This also on a rushed summary judgement motion without looking into facts and giving a fair trial !!!! He is easy to be manipulated by a crooked lawyer who knows how to lie and play with his ego. We talked to 10 good lawyers and all unilaterally said what the fuck this judge is thinking….. Does not even know basic principle of law !!!! [Redacted by Ed.] We are writing to Governor of what a bad person is in court house. Unbelievable!!!! And total Absurd!!!! Now, this is going to be precedent in Florida that people can go back and charge millions of dollars in non monetary default and grab once property. I want to just buy this Judge’s loan on his house and than foreclose on his home years later and throw him out based on his own precedence….. or one of his family members. Then he will understand. Hope God gives him sense to understand what he has just done…. If you are in his courtroom by mistake you are screwed….God Bless
