Absolutely would not allow me to speak. He shut me down every time I attempted to speak, leaving me to file additional motions and objections just to get him to read the file! I could 100% tell that he hadn't even looked at the file. It's like he has a prewritten script on how to handle all probate cases and nothing will sway him. He also used arbitrary numbers without any basis or supporting documentation, just because he thought it was too much. Objective, he is not.

Hart made a horrible decision. I have been before him for years. He finally saw that custody needed to be swapped then after 11 months order 50/50 if she moved close to me in Washington. Well everything that made her lose custody is why we are back in court again but now in WA. It took years for him to see I should be awarded custodian but because she hired her 4th attorney he gave in. Absolutely ridiculous. Who gives 50/50 to someone who allowed 368 tardies and absences, refused to get the child evaluated, let all the teeth rot, and more. Absolutely ridiculous. So glad to be away from this judge because the new one is really upset about all of this information
