We have filed several federal civil law suits and each time Judge Rice ruled unfairly; in favor for county workers who filed false affirmations, and ruled in favor for these defendants with perjury and fabricated evidence to dismiss the cases each time! I believe Judge Rice does not respect federal law and or pro se litigants trying to peacefully and lawfully settle cases.
