Called my due processing rights "Pleading technicalities, Took opposing counsel's proposed order and copied it work for work and when questioned at rehearing, had no idea what was in his judgment. It is under appeal and he has been served with disqualification papers.

A Family Court Judge that likes to rip family’s apart instead of mending them. He is worthless in all regards. He damages children worse than divorce. He has no knowledge of mental health. He is easily manipulated by lies and can’t see the truth. He has absolutely no training in high conflict divorces. Which is part of his job. In fact the only reason he is in the position he is in is because no one ran against him in the election.. HE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!!

I am a licensed therapist that was court appointed, by Judge Eineman. I was appointed to evaluate, provide counseling and then come back to testify on my findings. I testified to the fact that the father was psychologically abusing the children and holding them captive from the mother. I testified that this is a form of abuse that insights a phenomenon called induced splitting. This causes a child to split off who they are to deal with the trauma induced by psychological abuse. The children enmeshed their thoughts and behaviors with their abuser. Like Stockholm syndrome. There was severe trauma displayed by the children and I testified to this in court with Judge Eineman. I find it highly disturbing that Judge Eineman did not remove the children from the care of the father immediately. not only did he not remove the children against my professional opinion. He allowed the father to continue his abuse. I can't begin to wrap my head around his decision. The evidence of profound abuse to the children and the mother was glaring. The children and the mother have suffered abuse and trauma that I can't begin to understand. The father has now stopped bringing the children to much needed therapy and Judge Eineman, A FAMILY COURT JUDGE HAS FAILED ANOTHER FAMILY. I pray for those children everyday. I pray that they can escape their father's abuse.

I am appalled by this judge. I don’t believe that he grasps the concept of Family court proceedings. Hell I don’t think he understands the damage that he has caused quite a few families in District 5 of the family court division. His rulings on my case were horrific! He signs court orders yet fails to enforce his own orders. My children have been allowed to be abused under his so called watchful eyes! Do something right Judge Einemen!!! For once in your career do the right thing! Shame on you!! I will be filing a formal complaint against him through the Florida Judicial Committee. I have enough evidence to at least get the Committee to stand up and take notice, this I know!!

He is a family court Judge that needs to be removed from the bench! He is harmful to families especially children.. He is supposed to uphold the child’s best interest by law.. the post below is sooo correct he is sexist. Allowed a habitual violent DV offender get away with contempt of court.. evidence was overwhelming. We requested four evidentiary hearings, allotted 4 fours to hear the case every time. Every hearing within 15 minutes he would continue the case for another time! He even let the father get away with not letting the children go to court ordered therapy!! He can’t even enforce his own court order. He is a disgusting judge!! Remove him Hernando county!!
