Gives lenders multiple opportunities to correct their errors. Quite unfair. Also interferes in civil cases when his friends come to him for help, although he/Judge Whelan is not the presiding justice. All affected by his rulings must appeal each and every case, and complain to the Commission on Judicial Conduct, and perhaps join in on the contemplated class action lawsuits against him and the foreclosure attorneys. PLEASE HELP....I've been searching for over a year for the bias editorials written by Judge Whelan in reference to foreclosures with no luck. He has ruled unfairly against my wife and myself multiple times when we clearly had standing to overturn our case. We are now facing a sale date of our home, and our only recourse is to file a bias case against the Judge. Can someone please tell me exactly where to find the editorials, I have searched the NY Law Journal, Lexus, Google Scholar, etc… and have not been able to find anything.

After reviewing several of Justice Whelan's decisions in foreclosure cases (I don't have cases before him) I can't believe he's still allowed on the bench. This guy is off the hook. Overall I'm not impressed with Suffolk County's judicial system and I'm wondering what's really going on out there.
