He simply believed one litigant over another with no evidence at all even when he was told that the litigant was lying. He asked no questions and made a fast judgment for the plaintiff which violated court rules.

Judge Barnack fails to use forensic evidence to find the truth in cases he presides over. He has a belief that he is able to determine truth through simply listening to a persons testimony. This false perception Is invalidated in almost every scientific study. What this approach allows is pathological liars to manipulate the courts. Mr Barnack lacks the intelligence to see through these histrionic fabricators which makes it impossible for him to serve fairly in his official capacity. Furthermore judge Barnack fails to disclose conflicts in cases that come before him. This [redacted] activity can be a huge benefit or detriment to litigants that come before the court depending on the side you’re on, but this creates unjust opinions.
