Judge Batten brings integrity, diligence, and sound legal reasoning to the bench. He is also the most efficient judge on the N district bench. Batten is an outstanding judge.

So he owns stock in Philip Morris and then rules in THEIR favor on a case where they clearly infringed on the HCMC patents. Shame on you and hopefully he gets investigated and is taken off the bench..Shyster..

Judge Batten is NOT honorable. It is disgusting that he cannot see fit to even look at evidence supporting the claims of election fraud. It is clear to the rest of the country that GA has allowed fraudulent mail-in votes to POOR into the state of GA and taint the election. If GA cannot hold a fair election, it affects all citizens. Who wants to ever vote in the USA again, when we seem to do elections like Third World Countries, and Judges like Batten ignore the TRUTH staring them in the face.

Timothy Batten. You state that 3 weeks are “months”. You throw out cases based on this. Are you insane? You sir are not right sir, you are not fit to be a judge.

You have partially redeemed yourself by the third ruling tonight. Do not give in. You are no good if the actual Supreme Court judge does not follow the rule of law or the constitution. Please stay strong and do what you are trained to do, follow the law and not give in to dirty politics. If we give in, there will be no longer a two party system. Please be aware and act accordingly to that. Americans are depending on you.

He tried to purchase a foreclosure house at my firm in 2008 by calling on his cellephone to cut a deal, as he and his wife were trying to save some money. In over a decade trying cases in Federal courts all around the country, primarily in Georgia, Judge Batten has repeatedly proven himself to be extremely pro-company. Nor does he recuse himself when a conflict is present (such as trying a case with a former law partner representing a party). It's unfortunate, he just doesn't seem to care about "the people" at all.
