His willingness to allow J. Flanagan to run every attorney in the Law Division into the ground says all we need to know about his priorities. She is shortening lives, careers, and lessening quality of life just so that Cook County can reduce numbers. That goal was met about 12 months ago and he still sits by and allows her to violate her civility duty and to ruin the profession under his watch. This will be his legacy as far as I’m concerned. It’s a shame.
