He ignores facts and wrongfully removed and permanently granted two of three children to a non parent over mothers objection and even with petitioners allegations proven FALSE…he is a DISHONORABLE judge and EVERY case he has presided over should be looked into!
He has no idea nor does he care about situations that he puts children in. He does not care about what is in the best interest of children.
He makes mistakes and when it is brought to his attention he ignores it. He does not review new documents that are submitted for his cases. He holds his head down and does not lift it up when he is in court proceedings.
This good ol’ boy judge spends time with attorneys outside of the courtroom and his rulings favor those attorneys despite evidence. Puts victims in harms way. Does not read the file and does not act on evidence showing that the party is a danger to others despite violent history.
