Timothy J. Ryan

Judge Ryan is probably in his last year on the bench, given as he's recused himself from several cases this year (after admitting personal bias). His objectivity is also hampered by the questionable activities of his brother Thomas M Ryan, who is a attorney and far left operative in the State. While his brother's questionable activities (some of a reported sexual nature) shouldnt be held against timothy, certainly his bias should be. He should do the right thing, and step down from the bench.
