He’s a great judge and a great legal thinker.

He’s a great judge and a great legal thinker. You’ll like him even if he rules against you.

Judge Driscoll holds himself in very high regard.

Judge Driscoll holds himself in very high regard. His abilities, temperament, and fairness to the litigants before him do not rise to the level that he (and only he) holds himself to. It is unclear as to his knowledge of the law because it is clear that he does not read our motions. He is far more concerned with pushing his cases to a resolution, regardless of how complex they may be. Satisfying standards and goals deadlines is his main motivation. Nassau County is being deprived of a proper jurist in the Commercial Division. Driscoll should be relegated to dog bit cases in small claims court.

He ignored the law as set forth by the United States Supreme Court. We had to appeal to 2nd Dept. Reversed and rendered in our favor. Cost my client a lot of time and money in what should have been a simple matter.
