This judge and his counterpart think they are some sort of comedy team. I had a hearing in front of Sanders that was he denied on non-legal grounds. At the next hearing in front of Healey, I raised the issue of the bias from Sanders. Healey acknowledged the bias and non-legal denial, said I was right. Then he railroaded through the incomplete judgment grounded on Sander's illegal decision.

Judge has an even temperament, appreciates when clients dress appropriately for court (suit and dress shoes), very fair, grants ample time requested by PD, will approve for diversion if circumstances meet the requirements, he will give explanations if anything is not understood, I enjoyed having him for my case, he was very neutral and I appreciated that about him

I believe this man to be a criminal. To announce that he is biased and telling the person they need to get another judge and then refusing to step down as a judge. As he says it's a conflict of interest. And announces that he makes the law. And there's nothing you can do about it. shows me the man's criminal.
