Schmal does not know the law, ignores the rule of law and due process. He acts like a prosecutor rather than a judge, is rude, biased, ignorant, arrogant and a disgrace to the judiciary. His "court" is the epitome of a kangaroo court. Truly disgusting excuse for a human being.

Judge Schmal is extremely bias. Shows a great distain for Pro per litigant, who is forced to self represent, while being prosecuted with a misdemeanor in civil court. Based on misinformed code issues. Holds pro per to higher standard than the opposing attorney. Very rude!

so far very limited exposure, but he did follow the law. I filed a FAC before the demurrer hearing and he postponed the CMC, which was a good sign. so far so good.. if he waivers, I'll pounce. They work for us. Some of them need a reminder and some follow the law. Our government has turned against us, so some of us will lead the rest. WE the people... United We Stand.
