Judge Chell Gloucester County New Jersey I would recommend requesting another judge to hear your case if you get assigned Judge Chell in Gloucester County. I do not think you want him deciding your case. My opinion is that I did not find him to be impartial and decide cases based on the facts and the law. I would think anyone would be better than him to decide your case.

I have been debating for some time on whether to report him to the New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, which is the agency in New Jersey that reviews complaints filed against judges in New Jersey. I have never had a positive experience with Judge Timothy W. Chell. I find him to be presumptuous and ignorant. I also find him to be immature.
