Horrible as a Judge. Probably a decent person. The personal comments he had on issues such as "if we could just get along". Well, we can't and it's why we are in court. Agree he disregards A.R.S. and kind of makes up his own laws, knowing most people can't afford appeals after you get done with his "karma sessions". Really lacks "Life" knowledge as he is a Government Lifer. A career of Dept to Dept.
