You know I would love to give this Judge a better rating but the fact is after he reversed his several erroneous determinations upon my motion, apologizing about errors he then proceeded to make more errors and when attempting to again have him correct matters he suddenly is now overseeing juvenile cases in Stockton and some newbie comes in and proceeded to issue several illegal orders. There is a game being played in this county court system whereby they feel ok with working entirely outside the statutes, policies and procedures, rules, and what is morally and justly correct.
