Tracey L. Carroll

I was charged with 2 misdemeanors in the city of Aiken. I came before Judge Caroll and asked for my constitutional right to a jury trial and before i could get the words out of my mouth Judge Caroll did a head kick showing her displeasure at my right to trial by jury. This was so unprofessional. I reported this to my lawyer who said it was okay for her to do this. I told him I wanted it on the record. When my trial date came, Judge Caroll was not there and was replaced with Judge Sawyer. This Judge is BIAS and does not deserve to serve on the bench. David Walton
