She's is a racist and a bulling and her election she talks about help victims. Shes a discussing human being she don't care about a child she cares about her image. Never talk to my kids and ask what the wants she just assume the I'm a bad person plenty of time my lawyer tell her my ex was emotional and verbal abusing me, and she don't care. She even moved my child out the state of NY to a new school district in NJ, knowing that was going to relocate back to the school district in NY just because she don't like me.

I don't have much to compare her to but so far she has exhibited bias.

Out of all the family judges I’ve sat in front of she is the only one who finally saw everything for what it was instead of pushing it aside or using the words “I DONT CARE ABOUT THE SUGAR MOMMA SUGAR DADDY SEXUAL ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS” like judge MARTIN did this past August. My daughters bio dad was caught SA a female who filed a police report & offering her $ for sex & other things. When cps was called and involved the judge said what I stated above. If I was in that court room I would have LOST it. Thankfully it was over the phone. If your trying to get custody of your child or to just make sure they’re SAFE! Stay away from JUDGE MARTIN. Mackenzie heard me out so much more and never used the words “i don’t care”. I am very much happy she is back in as a judge for dutchess family court.

She is very nasty. She doesn’t even want to hear anything that is said. A child told her law guardian that she didn’t want to live with her father what so ever. And the judge just decided that it would be best for her to go and live with him. And my lawyer couldn’t do anything about. She had all the proof in front of her that he isn’t the best for her. She has been with me the mother for 10 years straight. The father was in and out of jail most of the child’s life. And the fact that I had to move due to my other two children’s father and my daughter’s father knew about it and was okay with it. I didn’t have it in black and white. Email or any mail. It was in a text and phone call. It doesn’t matter make sure you have all your ducks in a row before you walk in her court room. It’s like she had someone piee in her Cheerios! And on top of it there was a big 5 year gap between the last time I was in court. So since I moved 50 miles she just gave the father temp custody right now til we go back in October. And then have trial in January. And needless to say neither one of us live in Dutchess county one lives in Putnam and the other lives in Washington county. So if I was any one I would not want this judge at all! She doesn’t like anyone and just goes with her own rules. And let’s just say this child is so heart broken and she told her father and law guardian how she felt and none of them wanna hear what the child had to say that day at court at all. So please everyone do not get this judge and if you do cover your butt so much!

Horrible - she took my parental rights away from me without evidence. She also issue an arrest warrant against me after I missed two court dates with medical documentatio.

She is very biased and [redacted] , she does not review the evidence effectively and efficiently. She makes up her own rules as she goes along. She has put my child in danger because of her own beliefs and not facts or evidence. She is the worst by far
