Part 1: Honorable? Now that's a joke because this commissioner is NOT honorable that's for sure, ok lets start from the beginning. This commissioner was supposably a "youth judge for the youth court" empowered my preteen at the time to steal what ever he wanted from my husband and myself let alone other people by telling me during the hearing "if u don't want him to have it (pop) then don't buy it" and " oh next time I see you I'll lock u up, next couple of times he went in front of her she says the same thing about 3-4 times and my son told us I can do anything I want and nothing is going to happen to me. Ok lets fast forward the commissioner that my son had from youth court is the same commissioner that I had for family court (divorce and parenting plan) everything was going smoothly and she was on my side (the mother who was trying to protect her kids from a monster)and then one day in court her switch got flipped from being nice to a total witch and she decided to be on the bias, hearsay, lying, abusive,(mentally, physically, and sexually) controlling, manipulating, side of my ex husband. She has blamed me for all the wrong that he has done and chooses to take hearsay and lies from my ex over the proof I had turned into the courts(I had stacks and stacks of proof from CPS (papers saying my ex is a registered sex offender(his ex girlfriends dad pressed charges on him for raping his daughter and it probably got exsponged), and yes CPS did come out to my place the next day after court just to tell me that we can't say anything about my ex or use that documented proof) and documents of bloody noses on both of my boys, fractured my oldest sons ankle, dislocated his arm from the shoulder and sexually abused my oldest son(from a different relationship), sexual assault forensics, counseling, and others),his attorney told the commissioner that I was illiterate,I didn't have a highschool diploma, had an 8th grade IQ,(I had documentation showing that I had infact graduated with 3.9GPA grade point average and with honors,had my highschool diploma. (I also sent all that proof in to the courts also which she did not want to see the proof, she just wanted to go off hearsay), I was mad because he divorced me, I was retaliating against him, I needed to have anger management classes but I was extremely happy about the divorce because I finally got out of that controlling,mentally, physically and sexually abusive relationship of 12 years and at the end of court she gave my son and daughter to their pedophile/child molester of a father (he has full custody)and my daughter is scared of him and she has came to us (my new husband and myself and said "it's ok mommy, Daddy said he is sorry and won't do it again" and nana (her father's mother) said "what daddy and papa (her father's dad) do is never wrong." My new husband refused to let me go the the anger management classes because they are punishing me(the victim) and now my daughter is overweight,lying about thing

This is part 2: The commissioner said she didn't want to look at the evidence about the sexual abuse to my daughter from her father instead she went off hearsay once again and the worse part is she knows who and what my ex is because it was all in the divorce and she still gave him full custody and me every other weekend she has completely taken my power away from me when I was trying to protect my daughter and son, I asked for appeal and judge Lowry was the appeal judge and he said "I'm not going to even look at the court documents because if she had a good reason why she made this decision then it's good enough for me so I'm not going to change her decision" it was like he is covering her ass or in on the scheme that was happening because he wouldn't even look at the case. After all that has been said I am asking is there true Justice and is anyone willing to step up and help all of the victims that commissioner Tracy Mitchell has wronged in the court system, and also investigate all court hearings in Lewis county WA and also the ones that involves commissioner Tracy Mitchell and judge Lowry. In the end when commissioner Tracy Mitchell decided to retire she put in her statement that the hardest thing about her job was the divorce cases with children involved because she has to think about the kids and what is in the best interest for the kids. Her statement is 100% bullshit coming out of her mouth, because she don't care about the children at all, all she cares about is being POWERHUNGRY and the money. [Redacted by Ed.] In the very end my oldest had it in his head that he didn't do anything wrong and he was innocent and nothing will happen to him because he is untouchable. When he got caught and arrested for molestation and all he could say was "I didn't do anything wrong, Im untouchable, I didn't do anything wrong", even to this day he still says "I didn't do anything wrong" and his attitude is ALL BECAUSE OF COMMISSIONER TRACY MITCHELL.

If you are a man, and Mitchell is assigned to your case, get it moved Immediately! Commissioner Mitchell gives ZERO consideration to men despite any factual evidence presented. Even went as far to state during settlement if he didn't take what the ex was offering, she would make sure he loses everything.
