She handled a civil mediation that lasted eight hours with equanimity, in a field she knew nothing about, resulting in a deal both sides could live with. When we went back into the courtroom with the settlement, she made each lawyer, and each litigant, agree to everything by stand up responses -- there was no wiggle room. It was very impressive. I'd gladly use her again for mediation.

Hecate knows no fury if one attempts to oppose this judge. She forms an opinion of the merits of a civil case at the outset and then attempts to eviscerate it; particularly plaintiffs'cases. She has the demeanor of an iguana. WDM

She is totally biased against pro-se's and takes the word over lying-ass attys over documentation that belies what the opposing counsel says. Worth a recusal
