I have appeared before more than 30 judges over the last 30 years, and I have never seen a so unqualify, [redacted by ed.] and bias judge. [redacted] I appeared before her in two different cases. I am Mexican American, so, is she. I did not expect or ask for any special treatment, however, she treated with no respect, she yelled at me on several occasions. In one of the rulings, she acted with no jurisdiction over me and entered an illegal judgment against me. The truth and the law are the backbone of the judicial system in my cases she did not care about any of them.

I never knew a judge could change witness testimony to find a defendant guilty. I had two officers that gave the same testimony when it came time for the verdict the judge wanted me to come back in a month so she could go over the transcript. When I came back in order to find me guilty, she changed the testimony of officers to the opposite of what they had both testified to during the trial. When I tried to tell her she was wrong she snapped at me saying I had my time in court and should have said something then. I thought of appealing her verdict but then thought it would be a waste of time she lied so what would another judge do.
